The XGS-600 vacuum gauge controller can operate up to 12 vacuum gauges simultaneously or independently and display the readings of up to 8 vacuum gauges. Standard features include 8 set points and 8 contact relays. All settings are stored in flash memory, so there is no need to spend time resetting after a power outage.
The XGS-600 gauge controller can operate convection gauges (CONV), hot filament gauges (HFIG), cold cathode gauges/inverse magnetron gauges (IMG) and all Agilent active gauges (AN). Up to 6 gauge control boards can be installed in the XGS-600 controller in any combination to meet your application requirements.
