Scroll dry pump

Scroll dry pump

Product Introduction

Scroll pumps create vacuum through a simple twin-scroll arrangement, where one nested scroll rotates around the other, creating a space for trapped gas movement. Gas enters the scroll pump from the periphery and is diverted and compressed to the center where it is discharged. Fast and predictable maintenance procedures greatly reduce service downtime and lower maintenance costs. Scroll pumps are an ideal replacement for rotary vane pumps where an oil-free pump is required. Agilent IDP Sealed Dry Scroll Pumps feature fully spaced bearings to provide quiet, clean, oil-free vacuum. They are ideal for analytical instrumentation, cryogenic applications, helium recirculation, freeze drying and cannabis extraction, and also as backing pumps for turbomolecular pumps. The Agilent TriScroll pump is a reliable and durable scroll pump that provides high pumping speed and ultimate vacuum, with options for frequency converters or three-phase motors. TriScroll pumps can be used in leak detection, manufacturing processes and other industrial applications.

IDP-3 Scroll Dry Pump

The Agilent IDP-3 Dry Scroll Pump is an innovative, compact, high performance oil-free vacuum pump for a variety of applications in the research, analytical instrumentation, and laboratory markets. The pump is the smallest dry scroll pump for general vacuum applications and can be easily integrated into OEM systems.
Agilent IDP pumps are hermetically sealed so the motor and all bearings are completely isolated from the vacuum loop. This design extends bearing life and provides a clean, oil-free vacuum. The IDP pump has a single sided turbine design and can be maintained within 15 minutes with simple tools.

characteristic

The lightest and most compact IDP dry scroll pump

Clean, oil-free vacuum circuit—requires no maintenance and no risk of contamination

Sealed design, completely isolated from motor and bearings

Quiet operation for enhanced workplace comfort

low vibration

Ultimate vacuum better than diaphragm pump

24 VDC motor option to control pumping speed

Long service life and fast maintenance

All IDP-3 pumps come standard with a timer

Ideal for GC/MS applications

Small size ideal for integration into OEM systems for analytical instrumentation, leak detection and helium recirculation

TriScroll 600 lead pump

The Agilent TriScroll 600 lead pump is a dry scroll pump with a pumping speed of 30 m 3 /h (500 L/min). This pump combines the benefits of variable frequency technology with the good performance of Agilent's TriScroll vacuum pumps.
TriScroll 600 adopts frequency conversion technology, which can provide stable vacuum performance under all frequencies and input voltages in the world. TriScroll 600 variable frequency pump avoids the trouble of frequent maintenance of oil-sealed rotary vane pumps, easily meets the requirements of regulations and environmental protection, and saves cost of disposal of waste oil.

characteristic

High pumping speed (30 m 3 /h, 500 L/min) and low ultimate pressure provide clean, oil-free vacuum

The pumping speed remains constant at all mains frequencies

Adjust the speed of the pump through RS-232 or 0-10 V control signal, you can choose the optimal pumping speed

Pump parameters can be monitored via serial interface

Standard D-Sub connectors provide contact closure for remote start and stop

Reduced noise and vibration levels in the working area by selecting an optimum rotational speed with virtually no reduction in ultimate vacuum

Using Agilent A-PLUS software
