The 3D magnetic field test platform is an integrated system developed by Avantgarde for testing and visualizing magnetic field strength in 3D space. The system can automatically control the 3D motion system in the three directions of X, Y, and Z axes through software and test the size of magnetic field strength in real time through a Gaussmeter, which can analyze and visualize the measured magnetic field strength data and generate the gradient map of the magnetic field strength, including Three-dimensional view, top view, side view and other views.

The three-dimensional magnetic field test platform consists of a platform base, a three-dimensional motion system, a Gauss meter component, a software control system and other components, of which the three-dimensional motion system contains X, Y, Z three-axis motion motors, motion controllers; the Gauss meter component contains a Gauss meter and a Gauss meter probe, and the Gauss meter probe is mounted on the three-dimensional motion system through the Gauss meter probe bracket, which can be installed in the three-dimensional motion system, and can be used to test the magnetic field strength in real time along with the three-dimensional motion system, and the software control system can be used to carry out the magnetic field strength data. Record, analyze and present the magnetic field strength data through the software control system.

System Features:

- Optional 1D or 3D probe and Gaussmeter for testing 1D or 3D magnetic fields;

- Three-dimensional magnetic field can test three-dimensional vector magnetic field and X, Y, Z direction of the magnetic field components;
- The travel of the three-dimensional magnetic field test platform in the X, Y and Z directions can be selected from 350 mm or 200 mm, and the speed of movement can be adjusted;
- The gaussmeter probe is mounted on the 3D motion stage by means of a gaussmeter probe holder and can be rotated up and down 90° by means of a knob on the side.
